Private sessions integrate trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system education to support regulation, embodiment, and emotional resilience. My goal is to guide your body, mind and heart to process, release, and renew with easy to use tools that your can take with you into your day-to-day life.

The work is guided gently and collaboratively with an emphasis on safety, pacing, choice, and body awareness.

Your Guide :

Aris Seaberg is a 500 E-RYT trauma-informed yoga teacher and educator with over 12 years of experience leading classes from studios to addiction rehabilitation, trainings, retreats, and corporate wellness programs. With additional training in Somatic CBT, her approach bridges traditional yoga practices with modern nervous system science. Aris’ goal is to create a welcoming and supportive classes for all walks of life and all bodies.

Classes will incorporates some or all of the following: asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation + mindfulness exercises, somatic exercises, mantras (chants to focus the mind and energetically uplift you), visualization, emotional support, and possible diet/lifestyle recommendations all with the intention to use these tools in daily life.
