  • ** 4 week intro series is required to begin weekly classes. Each 1hr session includes: movement, mindfulness tools, & breathing practices **

    Proposed 4 week schedule (can be adjusted to match your goals):

    • Awareness and stress management

    • Types of meditation and best practices for success

    • Healthy Habits: Making your wellness a priority

    ** Intro program includes: live online instruction, intention setting, worksheets, and supportive educational materials. **

  • After the initial introduction series, weekly classes will then be catered to the goals of the company and employees. Intentions and goals can range.

    **Each 1hr session includes: live online instruction of movement, mindfulness tools, & breathing practices **

  • These workshops will offer a deeper dive into the wisdom, science, tools, successful habits, and offer a longer practice time with your instructor. The focus of these workshops vary and can be customized to your company and employee goals. Depending on the theme your instructor may lead them solo or bring in a partner who is an expert in their field.

About Your Guide:

Aris Seaberg, founder of Wise Wellness Co. has been a yoga & mindfulness guide for over 7 years leading corporate wellness, group classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings. Aris’ personal corporate career led to a deeper understanding of how to support those in fast paced and often stressful environments. She has a way of breaking down the principles and techniques of yoga & mindfulness into attainable and useful wellness tools for all. Aris has a deep passion for this work as it has been instrumental in her own healing and has witnessed the value it brings to so many.

Aris is a 500hr E-RYT + Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor with additional training in prenatal yoga, kids yoga, ceremony, and previously worked for the #1 yoga magazine in the country.
